Parish Announcement - Feasibility Study

For more than 100 years, the faithful of St. Mary have gathered to celebrate the Eucharist, to grow in faith, and to serve our community. Each generation has responded to the needs of its time with prayerful reflection and thoughtful action.

As our parish continues to grow and our ministries remain active, parish leadership has identified the need to evaluate our current gathering and ministry space. To carefully assess these needs and determine whether a Parish Center project should move forward, we will begin a ten-week Feasibility Study starting the third week of February and continuing through May 30.

We are working with Trinidad Catholic Fundraising, a bilingual, certified Catholic fundraising firm (CFRE International) with 28 years of experience serving parishes and dioceses, to assist us in conducting this process in an organized and objective manner.

It is important to be clear: this is not a fundraising campaign. No financial commitments are being requested at this time, and no final decisions have been made.
This study is simply a time of listening and evaluation.

While the study will unfold over ten weeks, the most active phase will take place during the month of May. During that time:

• Every registered household will receive a brochure and survey by mail.
• The survey will also be available online.
• Selected parishioners will be invited to participate in confidential interviews.

The results of the study will be reviewed and summarized for the parish. Based on the feedback received, leadership will determine the appropriate next steps.
